AL Marine Kits typically include a complete package of detailed Hull & Deck steel production drawings and CNC cutting Files in AutoCAD format. With these CNC cutting files, you can source and procure your metal plates and profiles with your local supplier (restrictions may apply). We can also recommend some (depending on your region).

The license agreement allows you to build one vessel for own use or resale. Our study plan and Kits include a full materials list in order to obtain quotes for the material supply. The hull and deck are designed to be constructed in grade “A” shipbuilding Steel quality with Lloyds certificate and “Sigmaweld-MC” zinc rich primer. Part of the standard kit design are: Hull & deck, keel, the required full or part bulkheads, frames and stringers, floor bearers, all window, hatch and door apertures cut out, engine bearers, skin pipes, dashboard surround (if applicable) and Rudder blade(s).

Extra designs are: Steel fuel tank, Stainless steel railing, Stainless steel fittings, Water and wastewater tanks, Exhaust connections etc.

Upon client request additional services and/or above-mentioned extra designs that involve further stage of completion are based on actual client specifications and information, can be quoted. Services such as: Customization, Systems design, Interior design, Preliminary cost estimates on total build, Production Support, Purchasing Support and total business case development.

Compliance with regulations in the country of registration or operation is the responsibility of the owner and or builder.  The license purchase is for the building of one vessel, and any additional hulls from the files require a 50% of the fee per vessel build. Each new build requires a new license agreement.
